About Noah Davis

Noah Davis

When one hears about heroes, generally the following people come to mind: Superman, with his super strength. There’s Batman with his riches and gadgets. However, there are heroes such as Noah Davis who made an impact on everyone he met. Noah Davis, a young man whose superpowers were the F.L.O.O.D. (Fearless, Loveable, Original, One of a Kind, and Deserving).

He helped everyone he came across and his smile would melt the hardest of hearts. He believed relationships could change outcomes. He believed words were powerful and always expressed his love to all before departing. He welcomed challenges always wanting to exceed all expectations.

Noah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism in 2019 from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU). He believed everyone deserved an opportunity to be successful and FAMU was the perfect place to develop those skills. While there he was a senator, mentor, and a model, making intentional connections as no one was a stranger to him. He also participated in other various clubs and organizations bringing the FLOOD in all he did.

Noah enjoyed working in the Student Housing field, engaging with his peers, students and leaving owners in awe. While working in this field he enjoyed traveling and had gone to well over 50 cities and 30 states. During his last assignment with Campus Living Noah exceeded the company’s leasing and staffing expectations.

In 2021 at the age of 25 Noah while attempting to get in bed, femur completely broke. This was due to a mass inside the bone which also ruptured and later spread. He was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma Cancer, a very rare form of cancer. He was strong and fought bravely. He NEVER complained instead he insisted on creating memories for his family and friends and helping others. On July 18, 2023, he transitioned and left several tasks to be completed. It was his hope that a scholarship be created to assist young men based on their character, their need, willingness to give back to their community and their efforts to become better young men. There must be an expressed desire to attend Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) or be currently enrolled.

Noah’s parents, Tony & Keisha Pritchard together created the Noah Davis Foundation (a 501C3 nonprofit) to keep his dream alive. The foundation in addition to providing college scholarships also has two mentoring groups called Brother 2 Brother and Sister 2 Sister. This was inspired by Noah’s creation of a mentoring group while in college called “Boys 2 Men”. The groups discuss life issues while providing a safe space to share experiences, support and solutions while keeping Christian values. Men and women of all ages are invited. There have been two events for each group held in 2024 and 40 men and women were in attendance, each time. The foundation has awarded a $1000 scholarship in November 2023 to a Sophomore Physical Therapy student attending Florida A & M University. He has maintained a 3.8 GPAwhile working, being active in ROTC and in campus activities. The goal is to continue awarding scholarships annually and the continuation of the “Brother 2 Brother” Men’s group and the “Sister 2 Sister” Women’s group.
